Susan Osborne Real Estate Closing Specialist Susan Osborne is a senior real estate closing specialist for Monument Title Company. She has experience in the preparation of all documents necessary for commercial and residential transactions. Susan coordinates all of the details and/or documentation necessary in order to facilitate the closings and finalize post closing title clearance issues. She is also available for witness closings. Susan earned a B.A. degree from Boston University and an associates degree in paralegal studies from Casco Bay College. She has had prior experience in the banking industry in the closing and servicing of commercial loans.
