Bill Welch, Esq. Vice President Bill Welch is Vice President of Monument Title Company. He has significant experience in title insurance coverage issues involving both commercial and residential transactions. Bill is a 1994 cum laude graduate of the University of Houston Law Center. He was listed in "Who's Who among American Law Students" in 1992 and served as editor in chief of the Houston Journal of International Law. He received a master's in business administration from Tulane University School of Business in 1983 and his undergraduate degree from Tulane in 1982. Bill currently serves on the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Council of Maine and the Falmouth Little League. He is also a Junior Achievement volunteer and a member of the American Bar Association, Maine State Bar Association and Cumberland County Bar Association.
