Karen Pelletier Managing Director and Executive Vice President Karen Pelletier has been with Monument Title Company since 1988. She has more than 25 years of experience in closing, underwriting and negotiating title insurance coverages involving complex multi-state, multi-million dollar commercial transactions throughout Maine and New Hampshire. Karen is a licensed title insurance underwriter in Maine and New Hampshire. She earned a bachelor's degree in business and is a member of the American Land Title Association and the New England Land Title Association.
