She has been with Monument Title Company since 2001 and has more than five years of experience in underwriting and negotiating title insurance coverage. As an agent for numerous title insurers, she routinely underwrites multi-million dollar title insurance policies involving the acquisition and financing of large commercial projects located throughout Maine and New Hampshire. Her clients have included hydro-electric, natural gas and fossil-fuel electric generating plants, waste-to-energy plants, manufacturing facilities, railroads, conservation lands, condominium and commercial buildings. Tabatha is a licensed title insurance underwriter in Maine and New Hampshire; she is a graduate of Andover College.
